A Fellowship Program geared towards professional development along two tracks to adequately prepare the workforce of the Future

Our Fellowship program is an extended work opportunity for students in university spanning over a year. Selected Fellows will work under two tracks within the company. Under these tracks, hires will get the opportunity to participate, take lead and ownership of projects and tasks. The aim of the program is develop top-level talent we want to work with as well as to prepare students for their future careers whether it is with Chalkboard or elsewhere. Chalkboard Education began the Fellowship program informally two years ago and has decided to formalize the initiative in a bid to advance talent development.

Loads of projects – client facing, operational, marketing and software engineering projects

A year long, with options to extend beyond a year

During vacation, the fellowship will run from Mon – Fri, 9 AM TO 5 PM
When school is back in session you will need to be available 20 hours a week

Selected will have the opportunity to be retained as employees upon fellowship completion and review

1,000.00 GHC/monthly

Unfortunately, no. The Fellowship is tailored for 2nd to 3rd university students who have had minimal work experience and have a cap on their work hours

Applications are open from July 26th to August 20th
